Experiential learning:
An immersive 6-day journey that included hiking, camping, values-based leadership workshops, and skills development at Outward Bound Oman’s (OBO) Jabal Al Akhdar Training Center.
During this phase, participants actively engaged in group discussions and team-building activities. The main focus was on refining their leadership and teamwork abilities while cultivating a strong sense of purpose and pride in their potential to create a positive community impact.
Group Coaching, One-to-One Coaching, LMS, Networking Event, and Community Service
