Sidrah 2.0 targets fresh graduates, job seekers, and emerging professionals. This program strives to provide young women with the self-assurance and tenacity needed to step into growth and leadership mindsets, and shaping them into the next generation leaders.
Experiential learning:
It is an immersive 11-day experience featuring hiking, camping, self-awareness, values-based leadership workshops and employability skills development at Jabal Al Akhdar. During this phase, participants engage in interactive group discussions, and team-building activities. The primary focus is on honing their leadership and teamwork skills while fostering a profound sense of purpose and pride in their potential to make a positive impact on their community.
It is a 3 month program through the collaboration with the Oman Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This initiative offers participants the opportunity to engage in career coaching sessions, both in group settings and one-on-one sessions with a dedicated ICF coach.
we aim to accelerate the personal and professional development of the participants through an interactive and gamified AI-powered learning management system called Salalem. The online program is tailored to their individual needs based on the Individual Development Plans (IDP) they filled out after Phase I.
Based on the inputs from the IDPs, we craft a 12 week curriculum of micro-learning courses covering soft skills, personal development, digital literacy, financial literacy, and leadership principles. This includes pop-up questions, exams and online competitions, to reinforce learning in a gamified manner with badges and leaderboards. This will equip the participants with the essential skills and competencies to excel in an ever-evolving and digitally-driven world.
